Information for authors
Abstracts of submitted works, after receiving a positive review, will be published in the “Book of Abstracts”.
The condition for placing abstracts in the “Book of Abstracts” is the consent of the authors to place them in Repository of the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin.
Abstract submitting
- Download Abstract template and blank form of Declaration and copyright transfer.
- Register for the Conference. Abstract submission (online only) is possible after registering for the conference.
- Upload abstract in docx file and signed and scanned Declaration and copyright transfer form in PDF file.
- Uploaded files will be available on your account in section Upload abstract.
Publication in journals
In addition, it is possible to publish the work with a reduced publication fee in the following journals:
- Chemical and Process Engineering: New Frontiers (fee for an article is 1000 PLN including VAT),
- Polish Journal of Chemical Technology (fee for an article is 1500 PLN including VAT).
Preliminary qualification of works will be based on the abstracts. One registered author can submit one work.
Authors of pre-qualified papers will be asked to prepare full texts in accordance with the instructions posted on the journal’s website. Each manuscript will be reviewed. After receiving positive reviews, the papers will be published in subsequent issues of the journal.

Chemical and Process Engineering: New Frontiers
Accordingly, the journal encourages the researchers from academia and industry to submit their original papers on chemical and process engineering research in the following areas:
- New Advanced (Nano) Materials,
- Environment & Water Processing (including circular economy),
- Biochemical & Biomedical Engineering (including pharmaceuticals),
- Climate & Energy (including energy conversion & storage, electrification, decarbonization).
Polish Journal of Chemical Technology
The journal encourages the researchers from academia and industry (participants of the Conference) to submit their original papers on fundamental and applied chemistry, as well as chemical engineering and biotechnology research or interdisciplinary research that bring chemical technology together with other disciplines.
